Georges Tanbe, MD

Dr. Georges Tanbe is an interventional cardiologist in Sherman Oaks who is quadruple board-certified in Internal medicine, Cardiovascular disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear cardiology imaging.

Dr. Tanbe relocated to Southern California from Las Vegas Nevada, where he served as an Interventional Cardiologist and Partner for the Heart center of Nevada from 2014 until his relocation to Southern California in September of 2020. Dr. Tanbe also served as Cardiology Medical Director of Spring Valley Hospital from 2015 to 2020.

Born in Thionville, France by way of Syria. Dr. Tanbe graduated with a degree in medicine from the University of Aleppo in 2005. He completed his internal medicine residency at Tufts University and his cardiovascular fellowship training at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. From there Dr. Tanbe completed his Interventional Cardiology fellowship training from the University of Massachusetts, followed by vascular peripheral training at Prairie Heart Institute in Springfield, Illinois.

Dr. Tanbe takes great pride in his patient-centered approach, putting an emphasis on trust, communication, and attention to detail.
